Above: Elizabeth Everard Mansfield Gilmartin Newby's death certificate. I have enlarged the section that states her marriages and children. Her first marriage to John Mansfield has been left out...I wonder if it was common knowledge that Elizabeth had even been married to John, considering he was still alive in Queensland, making her marriages to James Gilmartin and Robert Newby illegal and bigamous.
